We guarantee all materials to be fit for purpose, and offer a free 'Fix or Replace*' for six years (excepting materials included in 'Consumables') from the date of original purchase and when used in accordance with "Maintenance and Care"

General wear and tear is expected. Individual dog behaviour is up to the owner to manage, but we will do our best to offer informative resources to assist where possible.

As we only supply the Gold Coast and Brisbane areas, a dedicated drop off point (Nerang) for all service related items relating to *'Fix or Replace' or *'Refurbishment' has been established.
