Shipping policy

All logistics pertaining to shipping are handled in-house. We do not utilise any third party courier for shipping of our products. That means we supply and deliver direct to Gold Coast & Brisbane. We do not service any area outside of those zones.

Grass Delivery:
Regularly scheduled grass delivery is limited to the 'Gold Coast only' at this time. Delivery days are either Mondays or Tuesdays depending on your location, and occur on a fortnightly basis.

PuPPa-PP dog toilets (the box):
Gold Coast - Delivery for a suitable day by prior arrangement. 
Brisbane - Delivery usually occurs on a Saturday for the Brisbane area and incurs a deliver charge
